and having said all of this I think that for UNI to have received the list at least 1month early (pre AGM on 30 Nov), it speaks volumes about SAs willingness to progress asap. At a guess I would say that the 'several months' term to agree, would be 3 months from the list date which would take us to end of Feb at the absolute latest. However judging by both party's willingness to progress asap, this could come together any day now. The question is does Unilife gain more by waiting post Nasdaq to agree/announce outweigh the benefit to get the agreement in place now so that UNI can move onto other pharmas? I would suggest it does not. If capital had not been raised then maybe it would matter. I believe UNI will be rerated on Nasdaq no matter when the news comes.
