willstorm - I think your calculation may be out by a factor of 10.

To raise $25m @ 10c a share requires issuing 250m shares
Plus 239m opies converted plus existing 511m shares makes a fully diluted total of 1000m shares.

If net profit as you calculated is $112.8m pa than the earning per share is 11.28c per share NOT $1.28

At a PE of 10 that would imply full valuation of $1.13 per share.

Still room for huge growth from where we are now.
