Unfortunately, apart from the constraints imposed by the current share price, of any further arrangements with Zwirn & Co., DBZ are in the invidious position of having Daniel pay his office rent from his own pocket..Plus all kinds of anti-trust filings have been initiated by the US authorities against DBZ...I would imagine that source of funding is definitely no longer viable...

Considering the current CTP share price, (primarily a reflection of market perceptions and not really company specific), then I do not believe an approach to shareholders would be either appreciated or fruitful, at this time, but definitely the way to approach funding needs when there are a few runs on the board....
