They've only been caught overcharging a few mill, in reality its a whole lot more than that.
Most of their revenue is grandfathered remuneration which is generally speaking, money received for no service.
The argument is clients can 'call up' and request assistance and thats what they are paying for... Ridiculous because I don't pay my dentist, doctor, chiro etc a retainer, I pay them when they provide me a service.
Still short, more downside to come.
