Would it be fair to say at this stage we are still a few announcements away from certainty that the current board has finally got it right? You both contribute comments on this and other shares I follow with what amounts to good insight & knowledge (AV you are still on the side lines with ICN are you not?).

If the current board gets things going before the meeting would it be a case of better the devil you know?

Why is it now one seems to be interested in the effect of the share price on the options, even ICN board seems to think it is to hard & refers people direct to the ASIC & ASX shouldn’t they be putting a case forward as it did affect ICN.
