Tgent that's going to be the tricky bit that the Company has to resolve very quickly. IMO the Company will aim to announce the new terms for the new CR and get it underway fairly soon, but the fact that the share price hasn't been trading for a few weeks means the first few trading sessions will be vital in considering the pricing for the Offer, but with such a volatile market at present there's going to be luck in the process. I go along with JustBob and also believe it would be wise to consider a combined share and option (say 1 free option for every two shares held) package just to muddy the valuation somewhat. But if the market price falls well below the Offer price then many interested shareholders may ignore the Offer and just buy shares on market. That is not the ideal environment for a CR. I aim to participate in the CR, but obviously would be happy picking at cheap shares in the market (I was already doing that with the earlier 60 cent offering).
