The Origin Board were aware the bid would fail before the meeting and the consortium decided to change their bid???
No big deal has been made of the fact that the regulatory approvals from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator (NOPTA), and Spanish foreign investment approval have not been obtained by the stipulated due date for the original bid to succeed???
Origin have stated that they need to revise the current bids and currently do not endorse a part of it? OK so they have not been privy to the info. in the back ground???
The word “F#@K” would offend some people andmake others smirk with embarrassment, I wonder how people would feel if theyhad the wool placed over their eyes and taken for fools?
