This is a good point. It seems from the AFR article on the vote that Brookfield/EIG are able to see people's votes and still phone them to change their vote.
"As the votes roll in, Origin and its suitors (and their big camps of advisers) can see who is voting what. "
"As the early votes stream in, the Brookfield/EIG consortium and its bankers or proxy solicitation advisers can go back to any or all of the “no” voters and try to change their minds ahead of the meeting. I didn't realise that Brookfield would have access to this data and that Origin would be allowed to share this with Brookfield/EIG? It must not be covered by data protection laws or else are voters giving permission for this to be shared when they vote?
Can the "No" camp (AusSuper) see the same information and call people to solicit No votes?
