Closing time for lodging proxies. Tue 21 Nov. 14.00 AEST
Closing time for those who can cast vote. Registered holder at 21 Nov 19.00 AEST
Voting at meeting is either by PHYSICAL ATTENDANCE or PROXY.
No voting (or questions) possible by online attendees at meeting.
So my conclusion is that anyone entering share register between 1400 and 1700 on 21 Nov must physically attend meeting to vote or be dis-enfranchised.
I am sure this ‘window of opportunity’ can be put to use by some ‘schemers & plotters’.
