I reckon this will go to a re-vote.
AFr is reporting ability to roll in the currently owned shared as an option. Basically join them in the bid if you don’t want to sell into the bid. Open invitation to AusSuper or anyone else to join them.
The off-market lower price is why they will pay whoever wants to sell to them after the failed vote. They may have seen the proxy to be between 50-75% and see the opportunity for 2nd bite.
Could open with a 9 in the front.
