If let's say Oz Super in favour of the scheme, will their reputation in decline? I think so. They've been against the offer and deem it as undervalued. I'd imagine that OzSuper will always vote No.
Retail shareholders consider to be quite minimum compare to the board+execs+major institutional holder. Now it's in their ballpark. The consortium really smart in playing their move and locking the ORG holders.
Another way to kick them out of the playing field is superior offer. Or by external body, FIRB.
