Out of all the shareholders who are eligible to vote, the average participation rate is about 4 to 5%.
‘From this low participation rate, probably 90% of the votes will come from the T20…you’ll need a least a T20 to vote against it to prevent it happening.
My missus hold a small parcel…indirectly I’m acting as a sort of a the unofficial nominee who makes the decision.
