Rally more (small) retail investors to cast their proxy vote and vote No.
There are over 100k of them ..... and even if a relatively small percent choose to lodge a No vote, there will be no way the required 50% acceptance by VOTING shareholders hurdle will be met.
I would really like to see the proxy counts as they currently stand . .. would give some idea of how many of the small / retail holders have elected to vote.
No doubt ORG are keeping that info very much to themselves as they do their utmost behind the scenes to try to make their will prevail whilst not caring too much about retail shareholders.
