it will fail, and they will try to win over the 50%+ hurdle to takeover Origin off-market. Its the most likely, and complicated situation, as they dont have to pay the current offer price ($9+) to acquire shares, but also it will take very long-time to get what they want. Lose-lose situation. Seriously i dont get why AusSuper not to partner with them.
