Where is this quote of HR saying there would be an announcement by the 1st / 2nd week of JAN?

And who is to say that it has to be a price sensitive one???

For all we know the apendix 3b or substantial holder could of been what HR was refering too..

SO maybe he has stuck to his words..

Correct me if im wrong.. did he ever say it would be a major price sensitive ann?
