I agree about management. I have held for a couple of years, and don't trade many because you don't know when the next announcement will move it up again. One of the first things I do now when looking at a new share is see what the holders are saying about management on HC, if they are happy it's probably a good company, it will be nice to see it get over a $1 but as I am not selling it doesn't really matter.
