On everything I have ready, it seems that it would be very unlikely that the drill costs would be so high as to wipe the company out.

This would contradict everything already known about the drill, ie, it was on time/early and without significant issue.

Beyond that, hard to say what is being planned, but hopefully we are requoted asap and the price finds a level from which it can move upwards.
