Refer to my previous post. I already explained all you need to do if you want to trade your rights prior to the 11th.
Ring computershare to confirm your entitlement then phone your broker explaining you want to trade your CCIR on a deferred settlement basis. Your broker will rely on you to advise them how many rights you have available to trade. They are protected as they won't settle the trade until 11/9 after they have received notification from computershare of your CCIR holding - it's that simple, I have already done it!
