there can’t be a SLA for free service & by free I mean pay if you use on free issued terminal...if tyro is charging line rent to merchants then there can be case of class action against but in this case class action is DUD...I mean on what basis case will be formed here that we are holding class action against tyro for the service that was free issued to us? Imagine if telecom operator free issued a cell phone with incoming call free & pay as you go model couldn't provide network due to shutdown of electricity by AGL, Will there be class action against that telco?
