A group of cashed up clients who dont understand the impact of a single point of failure to business continuity (there never seems to be a shortage of those) may have a crack if there isnt something in place contractually.
The consensus with all of the tyr customers I have spoken to is an aversion to the big banks even in the event of an outage - its just another fire they have to put out in the running of their business.
In any case I'll be buying this week.
