the only thing I have to say is reading client feedback can be misleading. it is Akin to reading reviews by staff of how it is to work at a big bank or Telstra reading these you would think this are terrible businesses but the reality they spit out billions in profit
one needs to step back at look at the bigger picture - the growth rates suggest to me this will be a great business long term and even if this costs a few million, it’s irrelevant and won’t impact valuation
there may be some loss of clients, but again growth rates likely to dwarf these
