So the ETR and potential litigation are the concerning factors as they seem to be the only items outstanding from their release.
If they can get all clients back to 100% by 'next week' this will vey much be a speed bump. Good luck taking these guys to court.
I hope they are attempting to under promise and over deliver with the ETR.
