Where things go crap is when fraud, irregulaties are found. When Tyro comes out with a statement on Monday and not only dimisses the allegations but also pursues Viceroy on misleading information and updates that almost all business are transacting and that those multiple terminals are the only ones that remain this will no longer be a issue.
It will be a great buying opportunity early on next week until the price bounces aggressively back. Note the Bendigo Bank transactions of additional 40% volume is yet to even occur. The share price less than 2-3 months ago was $4 plus. So yeah I expect the share price back over $3 in a month and then back to $4 once the integration with Bendigo occurs. By the end of the year we could be approaching $5 as the transaction volume increases with the vaccine rollout and people begin spending.
So imagine a 100% within a year return is really achivable imo. Note if your a current holder "think" before you panic sell the share price has already fallen to $2.31 and the transaction volumes will be double by December 2021 from Bendigo Bank deal and the economy opening up. How could the share price keep falling. If it does the smart ones will buy up. Note Mesoblast in Sept-Oct fell 30% in one day from false reports and then rebounded 35% the next day. Ofcourse other things occured regarding that stock later on with the FDA meeting and so on which caused the share price to collapse in December 2020. But the fact remains when the share price falls due to rumour the share price does bounce back sharply.
