Well they have been manufacturing and storing the cream for the good part of this year, you would assume they have enough by now, for at least initial distribution.
Personally I avoided this pump and dump, as the sophs would have been offloading @ 80-140% profit. But from now on should see some accumulating going on, just like after the last pump n dump.
