AM briefed a detail about the BTS in his presentation about the length of the time.
To be expected Pareto requires 5 year contracts as this will be to match the debt term as existing terms are 3 years.

OzNT is advising you that the Nordic bonds will not be agreed to until the terms of your Chinese offtake agreements are extended to 5 years,

It would appear that Qianxin Graphite only required a 3-year offtake agreement due to them expecting their own graphite mine will be brought into production within 3 years.

@Natos I do love how you think that Mike is a mining expert, I didn't know a Commerce degree (Business) now gave you expertise in knowing anything about graphite mining.

I have no doubt that Mike is fantastic at providing business/Accounting advice to companies, it is extremely misleading to suggest he is a mining expert.

Pareto has done the due diligence and is working on the deal - evidently the company can form these agreements in parallel to finance, not to secure it.
