Hi Love_islander, thanks, yes it's interesting, can one just nominate anyone to stand for the board or would that person usually have to agree to it first. Was his name just randomly picked from the phonebook or did he agree to stand at the request of our 249D group? If so is that an "association" under the ASX listing rules and corporations act requirements?
