What is the basis for the assertion that "we are on the cusp of Full Funding"?
Pareto are the only ones who know how its going and when they will finish the offer.
There are three possible outcomes:
(1) insufficient interest and the Notes don't get issued;
(2) modest interest and the company needs to raise more equity; or
(3) good interest and the Notes are fully subscribed.
The longer it drags on, the less likely it will be fully subscribed.
The clock is indeed ticking.
