The main take away is that Mike is an Independent Director, with allot of Skin in the game... Allot of his family's Skin in the game.
He's put his own money on the line at great risk and this is a strong show of confidence, not the other way around, directors don't put their money into a company for their optics. And its to be noted that Mike had initially bought in at market value, for allot higher than most of the initial investors like me have bought in. I really can't find too many similar cases of a director doing that.
