    What are peoples thoughts on a fair share price if the land sale did not go ahead?

    Not down or up ramping as I have been holding for a few months and believe the land sale will go through, but just wanted to know with the drilling program coming up what you believe would be a fair share price if the land sale was taken out of the equation.
