They still have the asset whether the land sale goes through or not. They also have the demand for the asset.
Based on this I'd say a short term drop (profit taking and short termers) should still result in a stabilisation at 9 cents.
It would all depend on whether Samson disclosed a backup plan ie another buyer in the wings. In this economic climate shareholders want to see money in the bank.
