That might very much depend, when the trading halt is lifted.
Regular trading in Frankfurt is bound by it, but already trade in New York is OTC, so the trading halt does not matter there.
Frankfurt has often taken news much more optimistic than the other markets, so if the SP gets buoyed up there already, might be the Americans pick that up.
