What would constitute a great acquisition?

Starting a new thread to ask both the believers and non-believers to post their thoughts on what the acquisition would need to look like to be enough to forgive the dip in this quarters revenues!
For example, what would the company need in term of growth of revenues? What would it need in terms of global market place and its place in that market? What would it need in term of the Earnings and NPAT trajectories, and what P/E or price/revenue would constitute a great deal for buddy?

Mickysea and CrazyDave,  I assume you would require them to acquire Atlasian!!!
