So, my wild guess is, a company that offers a solution to the above need/problem, and that solution dovetails nicely with Ohm. No idea who, and we won't be buying Honeywell or Siemens!

Something like https://b1hub.com.au/ ? Also based in Adelaide... They have products in the Commercial area too, energy monitoring and control.
