Re trial costs.
For some time I’ve been trying to draw a line through that. When PRR got to about $14mill in funding a while back I was trying to decide how much more might be needed, as I was concerned about dilution.
I tried to get an understanding of the DNDN cash burn rate as a point of comparison.
But DNDN had 512 candidates in their trials as I recall, and it was a ‘survival rate’ end point as well. In addition it seemed that they were 'put through the ringer' in FDA assessment with considerable suggestion that the extensions of their trial they endured was allegedly influenced by conflict of interest.
So the end result of all that was that I couldn’t get any real idea of a predictable patient cost I'm afraid.
