    I've been looked at the picture on Page 2 of MEL annual report. I can only see a pipeline heading north to join the already existing pipeline to Gladstone and a proposed LNG facility of the cost down near the mouth of the Richmond. As Casino is merely a country town where is the pipeline for local industries in Northern Rivers?

    Further Australia has a free trade agreement which means we will be paying world parity price for gas no matter where it comes from.

    Also an article in the Northern Star online (a local rag in the area I believe) about 3 mayors visiting the Glenugie site which sounds to me like they are supporting the protest action.

    "We'd just like to be able to give them a bit of moral support and encourage them in their non-violent direct action."
