what would it take for a market re-rate?

Ok, here's a question for the Bulls and the Bears. I would love to hear everyone's opinion, so please post.

We all know that ABID and RBS Morgans have given valuations for this company that are between 7x and 27x the current share price. Now, I know that the market is a fickle and unpredictable beast, however, the disparity between the current share price and the fair current value in these valuations is quite stark.

My question to everyone is ... What would it take for a market re-rate of the share price?

(No doubt the bulls are already holding, so this is a particularly relevant question for the bears).
