My opinion of the situation is that HAW never intended to develop Mt Bevan & always intended to sell it either as whole or after LCY can along HAW intended to sell its remaining share to LCY.
To think that LCY's backers aren't committed is way off the mark.
After LCY buy's out HAW's share the backing of NMDC & the advancement of it will surprise those currently doubting their intentions & capability''s.
However even blind Freddie can see that it isn't going to advance at all under the current JV situation.
