Royal have approx 140mm shares fully diluted with approx $8mm in the bank. so no need for funds in the foreseeable future and probably wont need any cash prior to takeover offers.

$80mm plus would be the starting point.

we could perhaps see a number of interested parties, might start a bidding war..

makes you release that it's current price 19 cents is cheap..
