    ARO does not yet have full penny dreadful status, it's currently a HALF penny dreadful. And no, they dont give a rats backside, just their Leb mates in downtown Beirut. ARO is just a vehicle for a privellaged few to make a quick earn off cheap placements, once it was Joey Gutnicks vehicle in the halycon days of 1996/1997, then the wheels fell off by year 2000.
