I would agree with you... ultimately the deal will be done based on the drug, the market, the nature of the deal... ie... what part of the co is being taken on etc... those who think someone will just swing in and say "oh that looks cheap so lets buy it and give the shareholders a bit of a premium" is not looking at the whole picture in my view.

I also don't agree that the co/- is actively opening itself for T/O - but I think it is getting skills on board to work towards a deal, and a contingency plan to advise if there is an unsolicited T/O, which has to be on the cards...
