just to repeat something I mentioned a while back.... the listing of top 30 shareholders for AVX has not changed over the past month or so. That means noone big is selling out. A lot of share traffic has involved a nominee company. This company has been buying and selling - basically churning over the stock. As its a nominee company, there's no way of knowing who's the real company (or companies) behind it, but they seem to be trying their best to push the share price down. One obvious motive is to enable a lowball takeover offer a better chance of success. There's probably other possible reasons too, although what those might be escape me at the moment. We're all getting hammered here, but at some point, the wolf is going to pounce and make an offer. My guess is 40-50c as a starting offer.
