You know Tony Ploglase must have been one of the guys who negotiated the T/O of AVB by OZL. Mgt of AVB got absolutely pilloried (and I'm being kind) by AVB holders on HC. Turns out he was right. Sometime someone has to say hey this thing is better taken over and the Sum of the Parts is worth >>more than the SP.
For the record, I didn't pillory Mgt of AVB nor did I state any real resistance to the invective (I didn't want to cop it too).
