    Then I would go off to the Russian team that is doing the same HIV work and persuade them to partner on a clinical trial in Russia whilst obtaining a massive grant from the Russian government (they are currently spending up big on biothech R&D) which would fix our financial problems until we can commercialise our treatments.

    Problems fixed! And thanks but no thanks to big pharma.
