Raks. You are spot-on right, but unfortunately I think its just about impossible to stop this unless it's done by regulators.
This is a classic text-book move. M12 and others foreshaddowed it a while back and here it is. CVI's journy is a well road-mapped one that has been played out many many times.
As for the optimistic stance of the party who started this thread; What can I say? Either very new blood or a promoter from within the camp IMO.
Follower may think that CVI has been a reactive victim of market conditions. I think CVI has been a very fortunate and pro-active excercise. Market falls only meant lower SP, smaller raisings and probably less financial pain for their unwitting victims.
