If Smyth was really concerned about the future of the company and its shareholders he would have ensured that CVI recouped its $14 million back from Pensador as funds to keep the company moving forward instead of receiving a "credit" for an equity share in Canzar . Cash that could have been available , tied up in assets of a strangled company .


Would have thought in the severe economic climate that has descended upon us globally some provisioning would have been put in place legally to ensure if funding deal fell through with Pensador - cash would be returned directly back to CVI to help keep it liquid.


Its a scam . Very elaboratley planned out to leave shareholders with a shipwreck . Smyth is an assassin - he has no interest in the wellbeing of people who have put money into CVI .


He should be pursued , held accountable and made to hang his head publicly in shame . What a jerk .
