A scam of the highest order -
As the price stays around issue price, holders aren't going to buy them to be diluted to 1 billion shares - see the company double its market cap for 5 minutes and then watch the price be pushed down to .006 or .007 mark...........

No holders in their right mind will buy them, and that's why it MUST be stopped -
otherwise Global will get half of CVI for $6 mill and we are truly rooted.

I bet Smyth still manages to sleep at night though.......
