    Hey there,

    Long time reader, first post though.

    If you were to invest $40,000 in shares in late april what would stocks would you be keeping an eye on from now until then, and what might you buy then given that you want to invest half the money for a period of approximately 3 years, whilst the other half for 6-9 months.
