Biggest thing for me is that the illustration (as per the dialog boxes) is a verbatim representation of the voiceover. If the dialog boxes could simplify this representation could be more powerful.
There are 3 parties involved, so potentially 3 vertical pillars of information could show the setup of the bond and the subsequent agreements as a 'flow'..
Bank A <=> Bob. Bob <=> Bank B
A sequence of agreements and the net effect for Bob.
