Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not this year, but I dont plan on cashing in until all plans have been completed. So if I become wealthy, it will be on paper only.
A good strategy
take CVN as an example. no data other then we've found oil: "might contain as much as 300million barrels"
so, 300million barrels
20% stake
$6billion
less say, (round figures) non recurring costs to production of $1 billion
yet
current market cap circa $250million...
without the data (flow rates etc etc) and the execution to turn the find into cash, you're waiting on a takeover to realise full value.....
and that's assuming it's a positive ann.....
