what would you think if dio bought 100pc of..., page-17

Hardrock,I am no expert on these matters, but were it the case as you suggest, the financiers have already established the SP of DIO for such a capital raising and/or script.The current MC for La Mancha is about C$70 mil or A$74mil add premium for LMA share holders A$90mil;DIO would have to issue 100mil shares or equivalent, or would it be better to buy FG outright?I have no idea what the valuation of LMA's share of FL would be;someone else might like to contribute.
